CAPI OTF is a Trading venue (Organised Trading Facility) under the format of "Voice Trading System", managed by CM Capital Markets Brokerage, Sociedad de Valores, S.A. (Operator).
The following classes of financial instruments may be traded on the voice organised trading facility CAPI OTF:
- Bonds and structured finance Products (SFRPs)
- Derivatives
CAPI OTF is subject to articles 7, 16, 18 and 20 of Directive 2014/65 (MiFID II) and Regulation 600/2014 (MiFIR) on markets in financial instruments, and other applicable laws such as the Spanish Securities Market Act and regulations implementing the same.
In addition to these general statutory provisions, CAPI OTF shall be governed by the Rulebook and its Circulars which set out the rules applicable to Participants and to the Trading Venue.
